Non-woven Slitting Machine Overview And Main Uses

- Aug 21, 2019-

The non-woven slitting machine is a device for trimming, slitting, etc. of a wide-width material according to different needs in the production process. Among them, the non-woven slitting machine is mainly used for slitting wide-width coil into various narrow-width coils suitable for production, and the slitting process includes two processes of unwinding and winding. Tension control of unwinding and rewinding is a key part of the slitter. This machine adds automatic edge-to-edge control on the basis of the original electronic control system, which achieves the ideal effect, improves the working performance of the machine, makes the machine more stable in high-speed operation, smoothing the winding, simple and convenient operation, and safety. Reliable and durable.

Non-woven slitting machine is mainly used for trimming or slitting of wide-width coils such as non-woven fabrics. The inner diameter of the paper tube is 75mm, the outer diameter of the non-woven fabric is 600mm, and the length is less than 1600mm. The non-woven fabric is cut into several rolls of actual required size, and the narrowest can be cut into 18mm edge strips.
